Laundry floorboards and outdoor stair

Job 1 - floorboards and flooring: Identify cause of sagging floorboards in laundry. Confirm it is not due to an active water leak. If damage is due to a historical leak that has been fixed, then replace the damaged floorboards. Damage seems to have been caused by a historical leak from our hot water cylinder that was fixed. If there’s still an active leak present, I will arrange with plumber again to fix. He fixed the cylinder a year or so ago and thinks there is no longer an active leak from the cylinder or elsewhere. Confirm with my insurance provider that the damage was caused by a historical leak that has been fixed, so I can claim “hidden water damage contribution” from them. Confirmation needs to come from a tradesperson, not from myself. Put existing flooring back on top of new floorboards, or flooring of a similar appearance. Job 2 - outdoor stairs: One wooden step in the stairs at our backdoor is loose. Replace that step.
