Plaster holes in PVC fence

My silly housemate was shooting a BB gun and these deflected toward the fence which have created holes. Some of them go through, so there are holes on both sides, they are about thumbnail size or smaller. There are 31 in total. The plastic is quite thin on each side (and hollow in between) so hopefully plaster will work well and will stay. I can’t think of any other option. Please provide a quote to fix these in your first message to speed up the process. Thanks.
