1.)The cabinet door in the kitchen needs fixing back along with the tightening and fixing back of some kitchen cabinet handles and 2.) the closet door handle needs to be fixed so that it is able to be opened and closed easily. Also, 3.) some timber on the deck will need replacement, as it is rotting in some places and some nails are sticking out of the wood which may cause injury if stepped on. Please give me quote!
