Cat door(Sureflap) installation/upgrade to replace pre existing. HobsonvilleAK

Dont be fooled....possibly tricky ! we are doing our heads in trying to remove a 4 year oldish Sureflap cat door(patchy chip performance) to replace with an upgraded one we just purchased...we cant get the old one out to replace with the new one.Its an alluminium door with a circular sleeve in place that we are reusing as seller stated we could reuse. Early afternoon time onwards preferred
