Put up shelves on ceramic tile 2

We have a tricky shelf installation job in our kitchen. Three shelves are to be installed (six brackets in total, each with two screw holes). You will need to drill through ceramic tiles and insert wall anchors into Gib board (studs aren't in a good location for the brackets). We want someone who has experience doing this please. We have chosen brackets with screw holes away from the edge of the tiles, in order to lessen the risk of cracking. However we would like to find someone with tiling experience who can replace a tile if a crack does occur. We will provide the brackets but need your advice regarding wall anchors. Thank you.
