TV Mounting Service (2x TV's to be mounted)

We have two 55" televisions to be mounted, one in the lounge and one in the office upstairs. We don't have the mount brackets yet either so I'd like to know if the installer can provide those for us. We also have a soundbar in each room. Is it possible to tidy up the cables so it has a clean look? Photo's attached of the look we're after. Lastly, we have two Apple TV's (one for each room) how can we add that and make it look tidy? If possible a Tuesday would be good during the day or a Saturday.
