Put up shelves on ceramic tile

We have a tricky shelf installation job in our kitchen. Three shelves are to be installed (using six brackets, each with two screw holes). You will need to drill through ceramic tiles and insert wall anchors into Gib board (studs aren't in a good location for the brackets). We want someone who has experience doing this please. You also need to have insurance in case a tile cracks, or tiling experience to replace a tile if a crack occurs (we have selected brackets with screw holes away from the edge of the tiles, in order to lessen the risk of cracking). We will provide the brackets but need your advice regarding wall anchors. Thank you.
