Replacing some window sash and changing door handles

Hi there, The property is on Portage Road, New Lynn. Two to three window sashes are probably rotten and needs replacement or to be fixed. size of two of them are 137cm x 60.50cm each. Door handles of 6 room and 6 wardrob need to be changed. They are bit old and big and I want to have the small and round shape so the doors requires a bit of filling and re-do.
