A list of general handyman jobs in our new home!

Kia ora, We've recently moved and have a To Do List of jobs in our new home, some more major than others: - Outlet for external vent of clothes dryer - whilst mounting dryer on wall, I inadvertently pushed the outlet pipe through exterior wall, resulting in the rain cover on the outside now being about 6 inches away from the hole and needing fixing - Front door sticking in certain weather - wife actually thought it was locked and couldn't open it. Opens with a shoulder/boot - Temperamental lock on front door - can be bloody difficult to lock/unlock - Bottom of door frame on an interior door is coming away at the mitre join, needs re-securing - Bathroom door handle needing fixing; preferably replacing to a different style, and if so, other door handles for adjacent rooms as well - Hoping to get a plastic cover installed over outside laundry line so it can be used year-round/protect laundry from birds - Shower door needs aligning, difficult to open and close - HRV outlet vent needs securing - coming away from wall - If you're feeling creative, our deck has about 10 steps down and we need to get some sort of stairgate made across the top. Preferably one on a runner that could be rolled across, then rolled back against the existing balustrade when not in use. We're hoping for a bit of a one-stop shop for as many of these to do list items as possible.
