Regrouting/waterproofing two showers

We need the grout and sealer in two tiled showers to be removed and replaced to ensure they are waterproofed. We think they are leaking as the grout is quite old. The sealer around the doors/entry especially needs replacing. In the second of the bathrooms, there are 7 or 8 tiles half tiles that need replacing on the walls outside the shower on the floor line, and where the floor meets the tiles to be sealed as we have had the flooring replaced. We have spare tiles to do this (see photos).
