Remove jasmine tree vine (about 110cm tall)

Hi there, I hired a contractor to remove a Jasmine Tree on my property but they did not complete the job correctly. I would like the remainder of my jasmine tree removed. There is some garden wire at the bottom so will need to be cut by hand saw. ( remove wire if you could) I’m looking for someone to remove the tree/vines as much as possible and then I can poison the remaining stump. The best thing would be to come and view it beforehand.
