Decks, Veranda and Car Ports - Licensed Building Practitioner please

Hi, we need a Licensed Building Practitioner to undertake the following please: * Minor modification to 2 decks (to set back from boundary) and secure with new footings; * Between deck and boundary fence install a wall being either hardiflex or concrete block/panel; * Apply intumescent paint to veranda, with normal paint as overcoat; * Relocate carport/pergola 300mm inside boundary; * Reconstruct other car port. We have a full schedule of the works which has been checked by an engineer.
