Bag pole repair

We are a retailer and have bag poles around the store. They are a movable fixture with wheels underneath, and has a base and prongs to hang back packs and bags. We have one that has the centre pole coming away from the base and has become unstable and unsafe to hang bags on as the weight of bags bag dangerously leans side ways and is not standing straight. Need a quick solution to repair please
