There's a gutter on my third storey. Where the gutter meets at a seam, it's dripping. The drip makes a loud noise, just outside my bedroom window. It's driving me nuts. I think it just needs some silicone. The problem is getting up onto the third storey to deal with it. Attached a photo of the drip, and a photo of the front of the house, for assessing access.
