Handyman or woman

Barfoot & Thompson Glen Eden is looking for a handyman or woman to undertake a variety of small tasks at our rental properties. These could be as simple as screwing in a screw, doing simple painting jobs including internal repairs of walls and ceilings (perhaps including a small amount of plastering), small building and repair jobs including window frames, decks, external weatherboards, gates, and fences, replacing washers on taps and fixing simple leaks. We are looking for someone who is reasonably available at short notice and who is happy to work with tenants around access and availability.
