I would like to find a skilled handyman who can do a variety of jobs . At present these include chain sawing some firewood, placing a plywood floor over an existing floor that is 7 sq metres, repairing some rot in a caravan, replacing some rotten boards on a deck , etc.

Eddie worked 4 hours ,one of which was replacing a few rotten boards on a deck which he did satisfactorily and three laying a plywood floor in a studio which he said would take 2 hours but was not finished It has to be re done as he put one of 3 panels upside down and damaged another one and ignored instructions to place plastic under the plywood He agreed to come back and finish the job but failed to honour his commitment even though he did not know work would need to be redone
