Sliding door and lock repair needed

Hi, My wooden sliding door is not sliding smoothly all of a sudden. It is stuck and requires a lot of power to open/close it. Also the lock on the door has worn out and no longer works. I want to put a new lock on the sliding door. I have attached the pictures of the door and the lock. Please send me your quote . I would like to get this done before Good Friday this week.
