hang picture on plaster wall

I need someone to hang a large picture (90cm x 120cm) on a plastered wall, therefore it requires locating the studs and making sure the picture is hanged evenly on the wall. The picture is not heavy. Ideally to be completed on Monday, 11 April. Thanks.
