-Removal of part of a broken aerial from the roof, it was damaged in the last storm, the main aerial is intact and can stay just part of it is loose and lying on the roof I assume still connected by the cable. -Paint a single tile on the roof that has been replaced previously and is a different colour to the rest of the roof. -refix a metal track to the concrete drive (the track is a guide for a lightweight gate) 3 or 4 bolts that fix this to the concrete have broken off
