Window latch/handle and Skirting to be replaced

They are two different odd jobs I need help with : Broken Window handle/latch and damaged wall skirting. I have already purchased the window latch and wall skirting, just need a handyman who can fix it for me. Please see photos attached. Might seem like a small job but I want someone who can do a neat job for economical amount.
