Fix Leak & Gib

I discovered a leak coming from the ceiling inside the pantry. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but I have a few guesses. One is that the leak is coming from the drainage pipe running from the upstairs balcony. The second is from the roof. I need someone that can fix the leak and also fix the ceiling gib inside the pantry. Photos supplied are of the ceiling in the pantry where the leak is located. Thank you.
