Louvre DIY kit assembly + installation

We have an outdoor space where we would love to have these louvre? Pergola? structure with roof. We are thinking of the 3m x 4m one from Tradetested. --- --- _miEC-GX1PwaAsb_EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds And as you can see, the stock would only arrive 22 DEC 2021, so this job would be from that point on (Hoping before Christmas!) So our job request would be for the assembly of the kit, and setting it up and anchoring them down. Looking at the reviews, it seems like its just one weekend job but looks way too complicated for us and we don't have the right tools. One thing to mention is that 3m depth would mean two poles would be on concrete, and the opposite two poles would extend out on to the grass area. We were thinking of burying some form of thick concrete slab to where the poles would extend to and bolting the poles on to those but we weren't confident in how structurally stable that would be nor know where to even get one! If the whole louvre/pergola is heavy enough, I guess we may not even have to bolt them down, and just let them be standing free (or bolt just the two on the concrete side?). Also looking at the dimensions, the inside of the roof of the pergola may catch on that outdoor light, but we don't mind the whole structure being further out from the house so there's a small gap between the house and the pergola.
