Screen for outdoor gas bottles

I would like some black screening constructed around our two large outdoor gas bottles - must allow ventilation and with a hinged door for access. Possibly solid sides and trellis for top and front - ventilation obviously important to comply with regulations. Approx measurements are 157cm high, 100 wide and 46-50 deep. Photos attached are of the bottles to be screened off and also of the detail at the side of the pump unit nearby - assume the detailing at the side would be similar to allow it to sit flush against the garage wall.
