Bird repellant gel on roof

We have recently moved here and issue with pigeons on our roof 24/7. We are looking to get some of the bird gel from Mitre10 which we provide but our house is 6m to 7m high - only access to roof is from the ground. We do not have a ladder to reach up to the roof/gutterline and need someone to help apply the gel. Have added photos of the house - with pigeons in place. Photos of front and back of the house.
