General tidy up of rental property. 2 bedroom, single level, brick n tile unit. - New hole needs to be cut in current wooden kitchen counter as we are wanting to replace kitchen sink, new top mount kitchen sink to be installed and sealed ( plumber will connect insinkerator and tap ware ) - A plumber is replacing the toilet there is a small 1m x 2m section of Gib to be replaced behind the toilet. Gibstopping the new gib board and a few screw holes. - Paint bathroom walls/ ceiling / window sills ( room size aproxx 2.5m x 2.5m ). - Water blast whole exterior of unit. - Water Blast back court yard. - Exterior painting - back side of unit which is fibre cement cladding, guttering fascia, single garage door, Soffit. - Front door deck - couple of boards to be re-screwed and deck painted (1.5m x 3m surface ) We will supply all paint required. There are two other additional jobs that I would like to be cost separately. We can discuss these once quote has been submitted for the above. Thank you.
