Job description
1. The front porch step - one board needs replacement for safety. 2. The front screen door - its fairly easy to replace the screen. 3. Covering the fireplace - the hole in the existing cover will fill with litter and might let rats in. 4. Replace shower curtain rail 5. Painting the bathroom ceiling would make a difference. 6. Replacing the shower slider is highly recommended.

The guy did not complete 2 agreed parts of the job. He did not fix the draught to the rear door as required for healthy homes. He did not lay down and fix the timber (supplied) for a walkway for the tenant. He had sent a price of $1250.00 inclusive of materials. He then sent a final bill of $1871.00 To top it off he then sent it to collections despite the work still not being complete. Collections refuse to acknowledge my replies and the bill has now escalated from $1250 quoted to $2590

The original price was an estimate, not a quote.
The work required to complete the jobs correctly far exceeded what was initially discussed.
I tried numerous times by phone, txt and email to contact you about the additional work required, but had no response from you at all.
The first response I had from you was when the debt collectors were engaged.
The last items on the job list were not completed as you did not contact me or pay your invoice."
