There is a TV aerial cable on the outside of my house, and it is hanging down. It bumps against my kitchen window. I have no plans to use the aerial, so I'd like the cable neatly tied up and out of the way, as much as possible. I'd like it to be securely fastened to withstand wind and rain in winter. The cable is on the second story of my house, so you'll need a tall ladder and you'll need to be comfortable and safe when using it. Another possibility would be to climb down from a window on the third floor, and stand on the roof above the kitchen, but you will have a better idea than me about what's feasible.
