Lots of issues.Unreliable, unprofessional & incompetent! Apologised initially when I pulled him up for the constant delays, issues & bad workmanship(after being patient for a while!). Then tried to add spurious costs to the original quote (while scope was same). Finally ended up threatening to hurt me & the property if I put a bad review or don't pay extra for his bad management, poor quality work & damaging my property in the process. Trespass notice was issued. Terrible experience.
