General items around the house need to done asap. If you could please give me a general quote on how much this would come to that would be much appreciated! (I) Main bathroom - Tap needs resealing (ii) Main bedroom - fix window latch (iii) Shed - dispose of items (general waste) (iv) Extraction fans in bathrooms (a) Clean out ducting (b) If this does not improve the flow rate then will need to replace the fan with a 25L/s flow rate to meet Healthy Homes Standards. (v) Kitchen windows - replace window handle wedge key (x2) to hold the window in place. Current key thread too small. (vi) Draught stoppers (a) Front door - Replace floor draught stopper (current one too small) (b) Lounge windows - Install draught stoppers around windows (c) Bathroom window - Install draught stoppers around windows (d) Bedroom 1 - Install draught stoppers around windows (e) Bedroom 3 - Install draught stoppers around windows - Fix window frame (cannot close) (f) Kitchen windows - Install draught stoppers around windows
