Help needed to finish off a small office space build

Help needed with finishing off a near complete cabin in the bush. The cabin has a green roof, innovative cladding, rain water collection and beautiful outlook. Job suits someone with an interest in tiny homes, all things to do with building, an eye for detail, and who is trustworthy. Tasks include: 1. putting up last of the internal plywood lining 2. putting in trim around edges of plywood 3. gluing down laminate flooring 4. some minor decking work ( a couple of boards) 5. small amount of painting of trim and loft space (not internal or external walls) 6. small amount of flooring to be epoxied (in separate small bathroom area) 7. Install shelves 8. Assist with installation of steel balustrade with high tensile wires 9. Help with moving soil onto already prepared green roof (I have a digger to also help) I have got 90% through the completion of the build but am struggling to find the time to finish it off so looking for someone who can help out who is a "get stuff done" kind of a person and who has an eye for design. I work from home so will be around to assist when needed and give directions. Will pay by the hour but the work is not complicated so not looking for a full on builder and expect the right candidate to have a reasonable rate considering the brief and a reasonable level of experience but most importantly the right attitude. Someone with an eye for detail who can do all the various little jobs that need doing. I have all the tools and materials so looking for an hourly rate and relevant experience only. You can of course use your own tools if you have them. A great little job for someone to get stuck into. I expect there will be approximately two weeks work to finish it off. Cheers. John
