Hose Reel Attached to house

I am in need of a trades person is familiar in attaching a new hose reel to a Rock Cote house, which is plastered house, this needs to be water proofed around the screws etc that penetrate the membrane of the house. We are home at the moment & would like someone in the next week or so. Thank you.
