Wood Table (Refurnish and Attach Legs)

I’d like to refurbish an old wooden table. I’m looking for an estimate on cost, time, and any recommendations. I’m located in Te Atatu Peninsula. I'm hoping this work can be completed sometime in January (maybe February). We just moved to Auckland and brought along an old wood kitchen table. I’m unsure of what type of wood as it was bought second hand a long time ago. It’s quite sturdy and good quality. Our vision is to have the legs removes (which we have done already for the move), have the wood tabletop refurbished (sand, stain, finish), and new legs attached. Dimensions of tabletop: 200.5cm W; 100.5cm H; 4.2 cm D (The legs we have removed were 72cm tall) I am attaching below (1) photos of our table top, (2) photo of inspiration for the completed table, (3) Link to the new legs we are considering purchasing for the job.
