Office/WH Handyman

We are a business about to move to a new office and WH. As part of the end of tenancy, we need a list of jobs taken care of at our current site. The tradesman will need to come to site before starting. You'll need to take a look to make sure you get the right materials (bulbs, diffuser boxes, hose brackets etc). Also you'll need to double check my estimated quantities below. We need someone flexible. When you get to site we think of another couple of jobs. List of jobs: * Replace all blown light bulbs (approx. 9 long flurencent bulbs & one small bulb in outdoor light). Note some of these are high up, you'll need to bring a ladder. * Replace all missing light diffuser boxes (approx. 8 missing + 1 just to reinstall) * Remove large weeds from outside building (approx. 6) * Fix the outside hose back onto the wood, and replace the missing brakets so it sits firmly against the building wall * Remove small wooden sign on bathroom door * Remove whiteboards from walls (4) * Remove screws drilled into window frame (6) * Remove PC monitor from wall braket, and remove the braket from the wall * Remove large outdoor signs (3) * Remove small indoor snapframe signs (approx. 14) * Remove/demolish the wooden base structure we had built in our showroom, around the ceiling beam
