Replace Old Door Handles with New One

We have 2 properties that needs servicing. Property 1: house in Sunnyvale, West Auckland to replace x5 old door handles with brand new door handles. The brand new door handles are Lockwood Assa Abloy Brand and already available. Property 2: the house is in Swanson, West Auckland. Door Handle in this property needs to be tightened. Also to tighten the rest of the doors in this house. Due to wear and tear it feels that some doors are loosened.
