I need a handyman - asap!!

Looking for a retired individual, who can be the handy man for 3 rental houses in Swanson. You must be local, as sometimes the jobs are semi-urgent. I'm needing some urgent work done ie. the posts holding up the sail shades of the deck - one has snapped off, and I need an extra pole put up. Also, the shade sails need to be put back up, and may need new rope for them. We always have things needing fixing, and we just don't have the time to do them ourselves. Great hourly rate.
