Eve repairs & Fence

1983 house with eves. have two sections of the eves that need a bit of repair. One is a crack & the other is a corner section that has fallen down (20x20x30cm) so not very big, this was caused by a damn bird. Both are pretty high up, the crack is two stories up and the corner part is about 1 1/2. I can be around to stabilise ladder if you need. Also need to have a 10.5 m long fence built 1.8m timber paling I will help out when I can and get materials & post hole borer. Seek an hourly rate and ability to do the eve's tidily**** prefer if you had your own ladder too as I only have a small one Cheers
