Tidy up of old bathroom

Hi there my bathroom is fairly old but I really want to just get a new shower mixer over it and some new gib on the walls or patch up of the walls. Also - for someone to scrape back old paint off ceiling and repaint. Will keep the existing old bath in there for now. So really what I need is someone to install a new mixer and tidy up the rough walls and I can then paint the walls. And a painter to do the ceiling. Many thanks
