Pre-Sale Outdoor Tidy Up

We are after a handyman/gardener with initiative to give the outside of our rental property a tidy up before going on the market. Includes mowing, weeding, potentially fixing a step on a deck, and general tidy up. Would be great to have someone motivated that owns the job and gets in touch if they think anything else is required. Section is 400sqm, house is 2-story <100sqm. This needs to be done before 12pm Wednesday the 27th of May
