I need to reduce outside noise for my home office. I am hoping someone can build me a wooden frame 6cm deep. Inside this frame I need you to pack some soundproofing insulation perhaps rubber or Batts silencer. The frame would then be lifted into place inside the window. The window is approx 150 x 150 and is surrounded by a 6cm ledge which would support the frame.
