Maintenance - Tiling, Painting, Plumbing, Patching Gib and door knob replacement

Here is the list of the jobs at tenanted property: ----------------------------------------------------------- 1. Remove part of fraying carpet near sliding door (concrete floor) and replace with 4 tiles (600 x 600 mm) along the sliding door (The area size: 2400 x 600 mm) and install a trim between the carpet and tiles. [Tiles pattern not decided yet but already have in mind Johnson Tiles from Bunnings as attached picture) 2. Patch and paint gib board & skirting in bathroom (bottom corner of shower screen near the door) 3. Need filling a bit of grout for one of the tile in the bathroom 4. Patch and paint gib board and reseal with silicon again in laundry area (on the side of washing tub) 5. Re paint the entrance pergola post and fascia with same colour (Resene Lumbersider Kilimanjaro) 6. Re paint the main entrance door with same colour (Not sure what is the colour)) 7. Repair drain pipe with inspection pipe (sample picture attached) 8. Replace door knob: outside has a key and inside just push button (sample picture attached) Please inform when is the earliest you can start the job. Appreciate if you could provide a quote for the jobs. I can arrange the time to visit the site if necessary. If you have any further queries you can email me. In general was ok only on one particular task which was very unsatisfied. James did not do as I explained when he visited the sites to look at the task need to be done before we agree on the final cost. I asked James to cut bit of mouldy gib and skirting and patch it up with new gib n skirting than repaint it again but he did not do as I explained when I complaint he replied he can do that but will cost extra. Very unprofessional.
