Investigate the shower door (looks upside down and crooked) Re-silicon the shower Replace the shower head

This has been the worst tradesman experience of my life. My tenants complained of the workmanship, and my property manager fully agrees, as well as the photos show obvious issues. I have been chasing them for over 8 months to simply check and review their workmanship, supplied photos etc, but keep getting excuses, email was down, illness etc. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but now over 8 months later I've had enough. I get responses of "The holes in bath room wall have been filled and painted, I’m not sure if it is possible without the tenants damaging them to still be visible" ... clearly a statement made by someone whom has had no involvement in the work performed - check the photos ! My tenants state "It’s a shame that you had to pay for the work as I would not have ... I would never use these people and would not recommend them to anyone, very poor service and people who have no idea about how to fix and clean things. I am not a tradesmen but I could have done a better job on everything on the list than they have." Costs were more than quoted, and the all the the 'work' either was not done, or needs to be re-done. (including gutter cleaning, towel rail attachment, gutter replacement) The job was quoted at $625, but the final invoice paid was $805. I don't know how anyone could consider the gutters in the photos to have been cleaned, and the wall repair to be acceptable ... but then I'm from Wellington, maybe Auckland standards are lower ... STAY CLEAR !
