Concrete driveway extension

We need to widen our existing concrete driveway by 0.2m for a length of approx 30m to get the boat trailer up the drive. Easy site access. Looking for a tradey who can box this up, get it poured and done before the end of November. Looking for tidy work that gives us a close-as-possible match to the existing drive.
