I have a 100 year old weatherboard house that needs some maintenance jobs done on it. I need a weatherboard replaced and some areas of rotted wood replaced or filled (a number of them are around windows). I also have a gate that needs fixing.

The cost was good comparative to another company I got a quote from but communication was pretty haphazard (only when it suited them as opposed to answer my questions/getting back to me). The work done to change a weatherboard had three goes before it was done satisfactorily. In the process some damage was done to small areas close by. Then then had to be fixed by them, which they did do without complaint. Overall, it was a pretty average building experience.
