Deck overflow facility For my final (CoC) I need to provide an small overflow pipe (say 40 mm) through the wall of the upper level deck. Presumably it would sit just above the finished height of the "deck' floor Council have suggested to have a continuous pvc pipe through the wall and beyond the vertical wall face of the deck barrier about 15mm to create a drip edge. The wall is reinforced concrete just under 10 cm thick. There is tanking material returned up the wall, perhaps 15 cm. This will need to made water tight around the hole for the overflow. The hole should be at least 4 cm and the overflow pipe should have some form of collar on the inside wall Job should be sealed on both sides of wall with UV stable paint-able seal e.g. silicon / mastic Pipe should extend 1.5 cm extension beyond wall to create drip line. Owner will repaint around pipe but would expect a "neat" hole (mini min damage to surrounding plaster/concrete please) Power and water are available on an outside wall on the deck - with in ten meters
