My bathroom ceiling is sagging, the ceiling tiles appear to have come away from one beam. I am worried the little cracks will allow moisture into my new insulation and cause it to sag even further. I would like it re-nailed or possibly gib-stopped and sealed around the edges, or so,e other method to support it.... Open to ideas! It's about a 8m square ceiling area.
