Hot water tank is dripping out the overflow pipe. A short web search leads me to think it could be pressure release valve, but I'm not a pro so it could be something else. Dripping has got slowly more frequent over the last month, now dripping more than ever. Time to get it looked at. I'm guessing it wouldn't take much to fix.
