replace some plaster cladding and replace external door

Hi we have a small area maybe 3m x 0.5m of plaster cladding below conservatory windows that the kids have kicked a ball through and has now started breaking off. Underneath there is framing and building paper. We would like this replaced with maybe ply (open to suggestions). Also an external back door as started rotting which needs replacement.
