Home maintence jobs

There are various small jobs needed on my property. However collectively will take awhile. JOBS: 1.Attach toilet roll holder (supplied) to wall 2. Attach toilet securely to the floor slightly loose 3. Attach pot rack (supplied) to ceiling in kitchen 4.Replace partial warped window sill in bedroom 5. Replace wood on the exterior aluminum door-warped (photo supplied) 6. Hole in floor in front of laundry tub requires sealing 7. Replace PVC external corner mouldings (supplied) 8.Small hole in weatherboard below toilet window requires sealing. 9. Attach supplied window latches and some securi stay latches to a few windows 10. Attach a patio bolt (supplied) to a ranch slider 11. Attach a chain lock to a glass door Lines 9-11 is on aluminum/wood material I have slightly amended the list of jobs for those that have previously replied-my apologies. I have supplied some photos to give an idea that the jobs are not big but numerous-thank you.
