the down pipe of the skyline garage has come loose. install new down pipe, bypass water tank, connect with other pipe from the back and connect to overflow. Alternatively replace 6300mm gutter on both side of skyline garage as well. Also there is a small leak in the roof (clearlite, corrugated plastic)
