Remove old carpets and loose lino

There is some old carpet that had it and needs to be ripped off to expose wooden floor. Fairly easy for someone with a bit of a body mass. Then there is old, horrible lino, that is temperamental and some dissolvent and hammer is needed. Carpet is in a hallway and bedroom, lino in bathroom.
